Drop-Off Only Service
Maintenance appointments are drop-off only. This allows our team to work efficiently and consistently while maintaining the highest quality. Waiting appointments are not offered for maintenance services.

Drop-Off Window
Vehicles are dropped off during a scheduled window, typically between 7:30am and 8:30am on the day of service or the day before

Pickup Time
Most maintenance services are completed by early afternoon the same day. We’ll notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

Pickup & Drop-Off Option
Local pickup and drop-off service is available for an additional fee. Availability may vary based on location and schedule.

Standing Appointments
Maintenance clients are placed on a standing schedule. This means your appointment is automatically reserved at the same interval so your vehicle never falls behind.

Monthly Scheduling
Maintenance services are performed on a recurring basis, typically every four weeks. This keeps the vehicle easy to maintain and ensures consistent results.

Reminders & Changes
You’ll receive a reminder two days prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.



Appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed appointments are forfeited and will resume at the next scheduled visit.

No Contracts, Cancel Anytime
There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your maintenance schedule at any time with advance notice.

Maintenance services are available only for vehicles that have received a full detail or ceramic coating with us. This ensures every vehicle starts from a proper baseline so maintenance visits stay efficient and consistent.

Maintenance clients receive priority scheduling due to their reserved time slots. This allows us to provide a smoother experience and consistent service month after month.
